DELIVERIES, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All orders under £50 with a UK postal address have a flat postage and packaging cost of £3.99.
All orders over £50 with a UK postal address qualify for FREE POSTAGE.
There is an option to upgrade your delivery to a courier delivery which is £7.50.
International orders vary in cost depending where you are... Shipping will be calculated at checkout however, as a general rule Europe has a postage cost of £5.99 and the rest of the world £9.99.
As a brand we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and therefore as part of our ethical brand awareness when possible we manufacturer environmentally sustainable apparel and products for ethically conscious consumers. Therefore, lots of our products are manufactured on demand, as manufacturing in this way reduces waste and the impact on the environment. This means if you have ordered more than one item, they may be dispatched from separate locations, meaning they may arrive at separate times in separate parcels, you will however only pay for one lot of postage per order regardless of how many parcels are sent.
Processing/manufacturing/dispatching and shipping times consist of 1) the time to process/manufacturer and dispatch your item/s & 2) the shipping method you choose..
All items have a processing/manufacturing/dispatching time of 3-7 working days. The delivery estimate then depends which shipping method you choose...
Royal Mail 1st class delivery 1-3 working days (more often than not parcels arriving the next working day. However, Royal Mail advise parcels can take up to 10 working days.)
My Hermes - 3-5 working days.
Courier delivery – if ordered before midday next working day.
International Delivery - EU 5-7 working days, rest of world 7-10 working days.
These delivery times are on top of the 3-7 working days processing/manufacturing/dispatching times.
Total time from order to delivery in UK 4-10 working days.
Total time from order to delivery in EU 8-14 working days.
Total time from order to delivery rest of world 12-17 working days.
The last order date for Christmas delivery will be released later this year. Any orders after this date we will do our best to get to you ASAP.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer EASY, HASSLE FREE, NO QUIBBLE RETURNS - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Excludes custom items, see below.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags attached.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) For example custom items (see below) or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Garments personalised in any way, or made to a specific club design, are classified as CUSTOM MADE items and as such CANNOT be returned or exchanged. EXCEPT where there is a quality issue
Customers are strongly advised to contact us with any query or question regarding sizing & suitability of garments PRIOR to ordering any Custom items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if you need to exchange an item for another size or item then please enter this information in our Returns & Exchanges Centre.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
